répondre: Hi Louise - there is no plastic film on them, you just take the mask out of the pack and unfold it and place it on your face. I haven't looked at the pack to read the instructions but I hope this helps :>

répondre: Just one, but it is really refreshing, your skin feels lovely after, when I removed the mask there was lots of moisture on my face which I rubbed into my skin.

répondre: I find once a week is good. After it's all used up, I use the fabric mask on top of my homemade face packs. It stops it from drying out and works very well. Good luck! 🌟

répondre: I just do it at night and once I remove the mask, I rub in any excess that's on the face and then go to bed. Don't wash it off, you want it to soak in.
