Installation may require the use of dish soap to make it easier to attach the adapter, and it is recommended to avoid using full water pressure to avoid potential damage to the engine or hoses. While the product mostly seems to work well for customers, some have had negative experiences. Several reviewers have reported cracking or leaking issues with the product, and some have reported that the plastic shell has cracked multiple times. Additionally, some customers have reported difficulty in getting the product to work properly, with issues such as the ball valve being stuck closed and not allowing water to flow or the inlet from the water hose being stuck inside and preventing water flow.
