This product appears to be a replacement fan capacitor. It has different specs with regard to maximum temperature, but this is deemed not to be an issue by others who have asked questions. The voltage is fine, and it comes with wires (without pins). Users can replace capacitors with a voltage rating that is higher, but the "uf" rating should be as close as possible. This item should not be used to replace capacitors with different specs. Customers generally found it easy install, worked well, and took a chance of replacing the original capacitor, which paid off in some cases. However, some also encountered issues with the product not working or failing quickly, leading to frustration and negative reviews. A caveat to replacing these capacitors is to avoid cutting wires too short, as it won't work.
