The printer in question has received a lot of negative reviews from customers, who report that it has several issues such as not waking up from sleep mode, power button blinking but not responding, and not turning on. Some customers complained that the tech support was unreachable for several months, and when they finally got a response, the advice given was not helpful. The printer seems to have a systemic problem as several customers reported having to exchange it multiple times due to the same issue. One customer got a replacement after the first one died after two weeks, but the second printer lasted only three months before displaying the same error code. Overall, the product’s customer experience and reception are abysmal. Customers are frustrated by the printer's unreliability and the inability of the tech support to address the issues adequately. With all the issues reported, it is difficult to recommend this printer.
