It is adjustable and can be angled to one side or the other to direct debris. Assembly is easy, although it may require some strength. However, there is not enough adjustment available from the handle to lift the rake off the ground high enough to clear what has been raked out of the tines. The wheels are not very sturdy, and the tine retainers could be improved. Some reviewers had issues with shipping and delivery times.
