Nutritionist's Take
Forever Living's Forever Active Pro-B is a probiotic supplement that offers 8 billion CFU from 6 different strains. Nutritionists often appreciate the inclusion of multiple strains, as they can work synergistically to support gut health. The absence of soy and gluten makes it suitable for individuals with specific dietary restrictions. However, some may find the CFU count lower compared to other probiotics on the market. It's key to note that while probiotics can enhance digestive health, individual responses vary, and it's essential to pair them with a balanced diet. Overall, this product can serve as a valuable addition to a wellness routine, particularly for those looking for non-allergenic options, though consulting with a healthcare provider before beginning any supplementation is recommended.
