Antworten: The Toner does not come with instructions. However, you can check out the Stroops YouTube channel which has a Toner Playlist with many different movements that you can watch and get ideas from. -

Is there a hook for over door?
Antworten: No, you can just wrap it around anything stable and strong like a bed post, an outdoor fence post, a narrow tree, a steel pole at the park or a car door handle. Works great in a hotel gym. Plus there are lots of in-line suggestions for exercise bands. Every exercise is a core exercise or you are not using it properly. -

Are the handles padded?
Antworten: Yes, these handles are padded, but thinner than some other bands. They work well for most people. -

Antworten: The resistance band is not a dense weave and it not knit around the cord. We assure you that it won't catch, snag or unravel. -

Antworten: Yes, there are actual handles at each end of the covered tubing. -

How do I combine resistance bands to increase resistance? Do I need to remove handles from the added band(s)?
Antworten: If you remove the handles from our Toners then it will ruin them. You will want to buy our regular Slastix with carabiner clips on both ends and a set of handles to stack bands for more resistance. For more information, please email [email protected]. -
