The product may not come with charging cables as stated in the description, but the cable holder that comes with it is a plain phone/controller cable. As for the reviews, customers like the Darth Vader design, and it can hold all kinds of controllers and cellphones. However, some customers complain that the controller(s) fall off if bumped.
